Happy New Year! We’ve finished up our holiday break, and now we’re back to give you the latest news on all our artists. It’s now 2022, so there’s no better time to review how 2021 went for one of our more popular artists – Tekno! Famous for his work on Beyoncé‘s all-star album The Lion King: The Gift, Tekno has always been on our radar. When we last spoke about him and his funky prowess, we were checking out what he’d made of the lockdowns of 2020 and 2021. But he didn’t rest on his laurels after that… he’s been making plenty more bangers since then!

Always a harbinger of quality, Tekno has been getting the recognition he deserves on Spotify, whether that’s with his incredible line of many singles, his featurings on big name albums, or when he experiments and releases a full album of his own, as was the case with Old Romance.

No matter the kind of release it is, when it’s Tekno at the helm, you can guarantee it’ll be a passionate little number that will help you really dance your troubles away. It’s pretty hard not to enjoy Tekno’s various works. With that logic in mind, the team cooked up an idea for how we could creatively put Tekno’s hit track Enjoy into a new light! After all, plenty of people have done exactly that, such as with this incredibly talented dance sequence.

The answer the team came up with was some mashups! Presenting some light hearted fun with Tekno’s stellar track as the driving force behind it!

These little bite sized music videos aren’t the only ones of their kind, and there’s plenty more of them ready to view on the channel right now. There’s a few more similar things to come,  so keep an eye out! We can only hope that these little creations give Tekno the level of shoutout that he deserves for all the incredible music he brings to us. Just look at all this quality!

As you can see, the clout Tekno brings to the table in his music isn’t just for show, and he has what it takes to back it up! Tekno featuring on Beyoncé’s amazing album is just the tip of the iceberg, and both the massive growth and consistent momentum in his popularity show that he’s the real deal – we can only hope that 2022 will be just as fantastic as the rest of the awesome stuff so far! There’s a reason why the man has, count em, one, two, THREE different Facebook pages, and all of them have a decently impressive followerbase.
