Country trio, Dear Orphans, have released their latest EP “Midnight in Annandale”. Not straying too far from their self-titled album “Dear Orphans”, the EP is filled with honest, beautiful tracks, surely to be a soundtrack to many balmy, sunset filled nights. There is a song for everyone on this EP, with romantic, melodic tracks such as “Sunset Dreaming” then contrasted by the rhythmic claps and banjo of “Castlereagh”.
Dear Orphans features singer-songwriters; Nick Payne and Lyn Taylor, along with Mike Kirkley on pedal steel, occasionally accompanied by clawhammer banjoist, Richard Galluzzi. Drawing influences from traditional bluegrass, the trio tell real-life stories, stories that will connect you to emotions like no other artist can.
For a special evening, grab this release today, gather your friends and family and have a good, old-fashioned sing-a-long.
