Dave Evans is rocking out on TV and making us nostalgic for the glory days of AC/DC, when everyone had the band on their screen! For Argentina, that time was the past and it remains the present, with “La Cocina De Los Calamaro” broadcasting his badass magic to Latin America, as we reported on last time. But don’t be foolish in thinking that’s all he got, because there’s no way it ends with just that!
That’s right, Dave continues to enjoy stardom, sitting in his comfy seat at the big time and playing live performances across TV multiple times. And an interview means that people want to know his story, both as AC/DC’s original vocalist, and as a solo artist. Latin America in particular have certainly embraced him as the latter, and with some of his recent performances, it’s pretty easy to see why.
With showmanship like this, is it any wonder why Dave is attracting many live interviews on Argentinian TV?
But TV, while a kickass thing in its own right, doesn’t compare to the status of a veteran rocker ruling the stage, and we’re certain rock fans across the globe would agree with that… well, for all of you, we have something special for all of you. Remember the recent Icons of Classic Rock tour? We got the exclusive footage, ready for the 10/10s and the psyched up shred licks of a golden age rocker!
Now THAT is what we’re talking about! And on top of that, this concert footage is all free, shot as though you, the viewer, were there in the crowd that day. You’re welcome!
Dave isn’t resting on his laurels as far as the future is concerned, either. Soon enough, the Rabbit boys will be immortalised in animation, with an incoming “never get too much rock and roll” music video to celebrate the new 2023 version of the cult classic. We’re ecstatic and we can’t wait to shred like the good old days once again… not that we’ve stopped since then, to be honest!
But while we wait, there’s nothing better than to fall back on old reliable hits from Dave to tide us over, and at the end of the day… we still have a big soft spot for our personal favourite work of Dave’s, that being Sinner! Ain’t nothing like the classics. So of course, we’re keen to recommend that as ever. Who knows – maybe his shows are gonna keep getting better to the point that they eclipse all else in the rock world! We’ll just have to eagerly wait and see… Maybe the Sinner shirt in our wardrobe will have even more company soon! We got high hopes!
We hope that if you didn’t know Dave Evans and his rockin’ legacy before, this will help you get in touch with your long wild hair and 80s attitude once again – some merch could help with that!
