On March 2nd Dave Sharp and the Secret Seven will be bringing their unique Jazz style to WEMU and friends for free, live entertainment at PJ's, 102 First Street, Ann Arbour.

With an electric or acoustic bass, Sharp and his acclaimed ensemble weaves through contemporary club dance, New Orleans, classic modern bop, mainstream jazz, and even a bit of funk mixed with world music or ethnic sounds. The All Music Guide described the band as playing “infectious and joyous music that does not let up or lose momentum until the final note is played”. The group includes saxophonist/co-composer Chris Kaercher, guitarists Andre Frappier, Alex Anest or Kris Kurzawa, drummer Eric Wilhelm, tabla player John Churchville, and trumpeter Ross Huff.
